Qiaonan Primary School was established in 1933 and has since been committed to delivering quality engagement in teaching and learning and developing quality experiences for the pupils.

The Metta Day Rehabilitation Centre for the Elderly was established in June 1998 to provide rehabilitative care for senior citizens who suffer from mild physical impairment as a result of stroke, injuries or other illnesses.

Set up this year, Tampines Changkat Butterfly Garden Interest Group grew up to 80 members headed by Ms Suzana Ahmad. Their first project Tampines Changkat Butterfly Garden is based at near Blk 124 Tampines Street 11.

A monthly event where members and residents mingle as they moved along various location across the island.
